Orders are shipped USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. If there are any shipping restrictions please reach out to us and let us know. If your company has a shipping account number and would like to use that please contact us to place the order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

All orders on this site are custom. Lead time will very based on product ordered. Please refer to your order confirmation from our processing department for estimated ship date.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE

Yes, most orders are provided with tracking information. Some filters go on a special line that has a longer than normal production time. Please contact us after your estimated ship date for tracking.

HOW DO I CREATE AND ACCOUNT

An account is created at the time of check out. Your account is to keep track of past orders, it does not provide shipping updates. For shipping updates please refer to the email that was sent to you. If the email can not be located please reach out to us and we will provide it.

CAN I RETURN MY FILTER

All filters on this site are made to order and are non-refundable. Please check measurements prior to ordering.

MY FILTERS WERE NOT MADE TO MY SPECIFICATIONS

If the filters you ordered and received are not made to the specifications you entered please alert us immediately. We will take the proper steps to ensure the correct filters are received.
