1″ 304 STAINLESS STEEL WASHABLE PANEL FILTER STANDARD
Construction: The 304 Stainless Steel Filter is the most durable mesh filter available, made of heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel to withstand the harshest conditions in air and grease filtration applications. Its sturdy 304 stainless steel frame holds up to intense heat up to 900°F and tough cleaning chemicals. Superior filtration capacity makes this stainless steel filter perfect for challenging applications that require optimal filtration efficiency.
Performance: Filters shall retain 240 grams of grease or 300 grams of dust per 400 sq. inches of filter area. Resistance when clean is .075 w.g. at 350 F.P.M. Maximum temperature range on this Stainless Steel filter is 900 degrees F.
Material: The filtering element shall be made from stainless steel sheet expanded to 0.032 strand. The frame shall be constructed from type 304 stainless steel, with a minimum thickness of 0.024, and joined together using stainless steel rivets.
