Application: The HM Series Moisture Eliminator serves two crucial functions: primarily, it collects water droplets and oil mist from the air stream and diverts them to a drain. Secondarily, it acts as a washable, low-efficiency particulate filter. Designed for outside air ducts, side-access housings, and built-up filter banks.
Construction: The HM Series media pack is composed of a 18 gauge metal frame that encloses the media pack. The media pack is made up of multiple layers of Corrugated and Flatscreen wire positioned vertically to drain efficiently. The pack is placed between 2 layers of expanded metal that are made to fit snugly within the frame.
This allows the HM Series filter to be extremely durable and durable. The filter has drain holes at the bottom of the filter that are 3/8″ diameter. The top of the filter has drain holes that are correctly positioned for proper drainage and airflow. The frame is mitered with rounded corners and is held in place by pop-rivet
