Description
1″ Industrial Grade Stainless Steel Air & Grease Filter Standard Sizes
Application: The Industrial Grade Filter is a panel filter that uses impingement to trap large airborne particles and coolant mist. Designed for residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems, it installs in outside air ducts, economizer hoods, and air handlers to filter intake air.
Its washable, durable construction and low airflow resistance make it an ideal pre-filter solution for HVAC applications requiring high particulate removal.
Construction: The filter has exceptional strength and durability due to its sturdy metal frame construction. The frame encloses a media pack made of multiple layers of corrugated screen wire assembled in a criss-cross pattern for reinforcement.
This media pack fits snugly between two expanded metal sheets inside the frame. The metal frame itself features mitered corners secured by pop rivets and drain holes in three corners.
