Standard 1″ Lifetime Aluminum Washable Filter

Construction: Lifetime Filter is a medium-weight, perforated aluminum air filter. The filter is made of perforated sheets layered on top of each other in an alternating pattern to maximize filtration efficiency and particle retention. The Lifetime Filter is designed to be used in medium-duty, high-efficiency HVAC systems. The filter is sealed in an aluminum frame with one corner riveted for stability. This versatile filter can withstand temperatures up to 250ºF. Lifetime Filters are ideal for long-term filtration in your commercial building, hospital, school, office, hotel, or industrial facility. The Lifetime Filter provides long-lasting performance across various systems.

Material: The filter element shall be made of .025 inch thick sheet aluminum, commercially known as 3003-H22 grade, expanded using .050 inch strands. The frame shall be constructed from .040 inch thick 3003-H14 grade aluminum sheet.
