Description

STANDARD 2″ 430 STAINLESS STEEL WASHABLE FILTER

Construction: The 430 Stainless Steel Filter features heavy-duty stainless steel construction at an affordable price. The sturdy 430 stainless steel frame, which is roll-formed for extra rigidity, securely holds the filter pad in place with stainless steel rivets. The filter can withstand high temperatures and harsh chemicals during cleaning.

Performance: The filters can retain 240 grams of grease or 300 grams of dust per 400 square inches of filter area. When clean, the filters have a resistance of 0.075″ water gauge at an air velocity of 350 feet per minute.

Material: The filtering element is processed from stainless steel sheet expanded to 0.032 strand thickness. The frame is constructed from 430 stainless steel with a minimum thickness of 0.024 inches. The frame pieces are joined together using stainless steel rivets. Type 430 stainless steel has magnetic properties.
